Dr. Meredith Grey

Meredith Grey is a fictional character from a medical drama,   Grey’s Anatomy. She is approximately 5.2 feet tall with a muscular physique; her clothing usually are blue scrubs. Has dyed blond hair, in a ponytail, hidden under a medical hat during the operations. Her appearance did not really change during the years spent at the hospital; but if we take a closer look, the wrinkles surrounding her eyes and mouth are deeper now, showing not only the ageing, but how stressful a doctor’s life can be. At the beginning, Meredith was a resident at Seattle Grace Hospital; ever since, became one of the most successful surgeon in the field of general surgery, owing to her ability to make perilous decisions within seconds. Meredith is not only kind and empathetic, there is something more: the way she behaves with other people. In every situation, she knows how to act, speak, and which sentence is the most suitable, besides her medical competence. However, she is likely to question her own decisiveness; but always has an exact opinion and never keeps it. Overall, this character is a strong and independent woman, one of my role models.

Lake Balaton

Balaton is a fresh water lake and it is a perfect setting for a holiday in Hungary. It is situated in the south west of Hungary, and it takes only two hours to get there from Budapest by train or car.

Balaton is the wide variety of breathtaking scenery which makes the region so attractive. It known for its beaches, however, there are also interesting cities around the lake. For example, there is Tihany with the Benedictine Abbey and Museum, which is a part of Hungary’s history. Such as Balatonfüred, which is a historical bath town, where hosts the annual Anna Ball. In Zamárdi take place some festivals, so it is mostly liked by younger generations. And Keszthely, that is fascinating for the Festetics Castle, which is a beautiful baroque castle. There are also possibilities to go a boat trip or, if you are feeling adventurous you can go around the lake by bike.

Lake Balaton suit every taste, that’s why is a good holiday destination.

Descriptive paragraph about my necklace

This necklace is quite simple but magnificent (for me). It consists of two parts, a lace and a little, bright pendant. The pendant has (not exactly) a teardrop shape and there are two  glittering swarowski crystals in it. The teardrop-shaped part of the pendant and the necklace are made of white gold. Moreover, we can find tiny stars on its links. The box of the necklace is silvery, and there is a small bow on it.  I received it at the end of the primary school from my grandmother four years ago. It is tradition in my family, so she gives a necklace her granddaughters, because it is a beautiful memory from her. Fortunately, it can be worn on a special event or just on a simply weekday, because it fits wide range of clothes. This necklace is a special and valuable present for me.
