About myself
Confectionery plays a very
important role in my life. Firstly, I really enjoy making cakes, because it
makes me happy. It is a kind of hobby and relaxing activity for me. I often start
baking when I am depressed, due to it I can forget about my problems. While I’m
in the kitchen, I always sing and listen to music, which makes me even more
enthusiastic. Secondly, I get really good feedback, which means that I am
heading for the good direction. In the beginning I just did it at home, when I
had some free time, but later my friends and relatives asked me to make something
tasty for special events. For example birthday parties, Halloween, family
gatherings and two weeks ago my best friend ordered a three-storey cake from me
for her wedding. In conclusion I hope I can improve myself and someday
confectionery will not only be my hobby, but my profession.
